Charise is a SoFlo based attorney who, having been a #militarybrat, is the product of a Jamaican father and Trinidadian mother, thus birthing a passion and appreciation for traveling in her. Having four siblings, she has perpetual middle child syndrome and a desire to share her expertise and experiences with others.

#SelfieStickAdventures is the creative outlet of a nearly 20-year Trial Attorney and former administrative law judge who just loves to play outside.

When not in court, she is an avid world traveler who balks at seafood, lives as a self-proclaimed (but unproven) gym rat, and is always the first to order a cocktail.

Country (so far): Colombia. There is always adventure around every corner!

Food: Popcorn. No judgment, please.

Drink to Order: Anything with expensive Bourbon.

Book: The House on Mango Street by Sandra Cisneros

Bucket List Travel Itinerary: Sailing to all of the Caribbean islands with time to stop and drink in all of them.

Most Thrilling Travel Experience: A tie between: 1. Losing my passport, room key, car key, and wallet in Croatia or 2. A 40ft cliff jump into Lake Atitlan in Guatemala. They were different experiences but definitely the same type of heart palpitations.
